PAYMENT DETAILS

  • By Cheques made payable to Sirmar
  • By Postal Order made payable to Sirmar
  • By Building Society Draft
  • By Switch, Master Card, Visa and Solo Credit Cards or by Debit Card.

DESPATCH DETAILS

We despatch fittings orders by First Class Mail, with heavier, or larger orders being despatched by 24 hrCarrier, or Parcel Force. We can if required despatch your order using “Royal Mail SpecialDelivery”, but you will have to contact us directly to take advantage of this service, as an extra charge will be incurred.

We ask you please to allow up to 28 days for delivery.

The minimum order value is £15 excluding postage

On all orders despatched by carrier, we will notify you, by telephone, on the day of despatch, so that you will be able to make arrangements for its delivery. (We cannot guarantee delivery at aspecific time of day)

PRICES

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and to our knowledge are complete and correct. However we reserve the right to change prices at our discretion, and without notice.

THE SIRMAR GUARANTEE

We at Sirmar do our best to maintain a high product standard, and we want you to be satisfied with every purchase that you make with us. However, if for any reason our product does not meet with your expectations, we will, Accept the return of the product within 7 days, undamaged, and unassembled, for a full refund including postage costs, or we will replace any item within an order, at no extra charge.

We despatch fittings orders by Air Mail Small Packet, with heavier, or larger orders being despatched by Parcel Force International

Shipping Note : All Our Larger Glass Fibre Hulls over 1.05 metres (41") are now being shipped using Fed Ex, and although we gain as much discount on the shipping price as we can for our customers, the shipping charges over the last two months have been raise to such an extent, that we have had no option but to raise the prices on our shipping database. All shipping charges are calculated by Volume and not by Weight, so it is worth noting that in certain circumstances, when one glass fire hull will fit inside another, that two hulls can be shipped to the same destination, for the same price as one. For our smaller hulls under 1.05 meteres (41"), there is the alternative of shipping with “Parcel Force International”, who charge on a weight only basis, and who’s prices are now are becoming more competitive for the smaller shipments.

With the constant fluctuation of oil prices, both up and down, we would recommend that you the customer contact us direct by E-Mail or Telephone, so that we may have the opportunity to give you our best quote on shipping, based on the current prevailing shipping prices and surcharges.

We ask you please to allow up to 28 days for delivery. If however you require delivery of an order for a special occasion, such as a birthday, then if you will e-mail us, we will do our utmost to oblige.

On all orders despatched by FedEx and Parcel Force International, we will notify you, by telephone or E- Mail, on the day of despatch, so that you will be able to make arrangements for its delivery.

We are currently not registered in the U.K. for Value Added Tax, so we DO NOT add any taxes to our prices. What you see is what you pay.
